Question to all California musicians

Will you still buy from Musicians Friend now that they charge tax for purchases made from California?

Quit whining, Californians can all afford extra tax.

    (or can they?)

    You're right Bouy.

I'll be miffed when MF imposes the Bouy tax. 213% of the purchase price (plus fees of course)

This old boy can't. I've trained my digestive system to eat tree bark and dirt when the first of the month rolls around and rent comes due. Expensive place to live but damn the women are smokin' hot just like the weather!

I haven't bought anything from MF in years... pretty much only buy from Sweetwater and the local GC.

I usually prefer brick and mortar anyway.  When I make up my mind--I want it NOW.  Having said that, I might buy from MF depending on availability, price and urgency.

    Never say never.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?

I wonder how it would go over if I started shooting or trapping the squirrels around my apartment complex? Probably not too good. Plenty of stray cats around but I'm burned on chinese food...

There are a few areas that it might be allowable and useful.  They're not in this area, though.  My guess is that the Home Owners' Associations and my apartment complex probably have rules against it.

What you need to do is to get you some of them Home Owners' Association traps.  Granted, it's an acquired taste, but they kinda taste like chicken if you don't overcook 'em.

    Mmm.  Mmm.

With all the continuous threats communications form the HOA in our area, this delicacy has now turned out to be on endangered list...

Excessing trapping and poaching are a problem.  I suggest turning your attention to solicitors and girl scouts.  Sure, the scouts are small, but they're sweet.

If you live in California you should expect to get crapped on from just about everyone now.  I remember when it used to be nice...
