Importing MIDI Instruments and Definitions into X1

Has anyone tried importing MIDI instruments and definitions from Sonar 7 into X1?

It would save me a lot of time and typing if so.

Usually when you install a newer version Sonar replicates these for you, although maybe it doesn't if you jump from 7 to X1, I don't know.
Have you still got your MASTER.INS file from Sonar 7?  If so, find the one that appeared with X1, rename that one (for safety) as MASTER.OLD and copy the old one into its place.
