'File not found. Please verify the correct file name was given' error when loading project

Hey guys,

I've recently started using Sonar LE for my music recording, and when I try to load up some of the projects I've saved, several tracks seem to be missing. Or at least, Sonar can't open them for some reason. I am not sure what is causing this, I had a similar problem with my old program, MAGIX audio studio deluxe, which was a low end program. The error message in the subject line comes up when i try to load the missing tracks. I have been saving my data to the same folder, as well as regularly saving a bundle file for the project (.cwb and .cwp).

Any ideas?

    Welcome to the forum!
Is the problem occurring with the bundles or cwp or both (sounds like a bundle proplem)? Bundles are a little more vulnerable than cwp's.

Your having a similar problem of tracks gone lost with your previous software makes this a little strange, though. I'm not expert enough to say whether Windows can have moods and push data astray :o/

Have you defragged your hard drive and let Checkdisk check it?
