Sonar X1 - AKAI APC40

Hallo,

i want optimal connect my AKAI-APC40-Controller with Sonar X1 Producer Edition.

Can anyone answer the following questions?
Is there any paper which describes this process?
Is there any Cakewalk preset for the AKAI-APC40-Controller?

    Computer - Intel Q9550, Intel BX48bt2 MB, W8 64 bit. 8 gb Ram, SSD  
    Hardware - Tascam Fw1884 Control surface only, Ni S49 Komplete Kontroll,Roland Quad Capture, Ni Machine,Kore, Focusrite A/D converter, Blue Mic, Roland Gaia, Akai Mpk49, Yamaha HS80 Monitors.
    Software - Sonar Platinum , Vengeance VPS bundle,Sugar Bytes Effectrix, Turnado, NI Komplete 10 Ultimate, Dune, Rob Papen  Blade , Delay, Punch Evolved.

    Its not on the list so you'll have to set it up yourself. Read the section in the Help menu on ACT.

    Thank you. I must learn the usage of ACT.
    I think for Cakewalk it would be good to document this to get some Ableton user.

    I thought perhaps there is an easier way to connect the APC40 to Sonar X1.

    I know its not the same product from AKAI but I use a AKAI LPD 8 with SONAR X1 x64.
    Works perefect with any 3part Software that use MIDI control example Omnisphere that doesn't work with ACT technology. 
    Rock stable driver by AKAI Professional. Its all Plug and PLAY no need to install any driver on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
