How do I discover what automation is what?

so I've gone back to a song with ni guitar rig on it and nomads echoes and possibly some other automations I have forgotten about. I want to adjust them. Is there a way to do this without trawling through the many possible options?

Windows 8 64bit i5 intel 4gb ram Sonar X1; VS100. ART tubefire8 fw; Casio mg510 midi guitar;Korg Trinity V3; Roland hpd15. Gretsch 5129; Gibson j200 etc; Gretsch 6120

I don't know what you mean by trolling through all the options but you can select the parameter you want to adjust by selecting automation->param from the track filter list (It is the button that usually says "Clips").

I think he means when you have a synth with tons of automatable parameters like say massive it is a pain to look through the list.  If there is a better way I would like to know also
