My favorite song about Marijuana! Ha. I used to play the Association's Greatest Hits over and over when I was in High School. They had some great songs and harmonies. This is an excellent version. Thanks for posting it.

Wow -- nice cover.  Great playing and the vocals are terriffic (both lead and BGV's/Harmonies).  You might have found the lyrics hard to fit but everything sounded very on time and tight.  My wife made me go to an Association concert (back in the day when we were in college) and this sounded much better than their live concert and certainly gives the recording a run for the money.

Never heard the original, but this all sounds like it should to me, so I'm happy to accept this as the definitive version. Great vox - I'm soooo jealous !

Dan, Great cover!  Wonderfully true to the original. I think you nailed it.

I'm hearing some digital crackling in places - is something getting crunched?

    This sounds good, great performances.
I'm hearing a lot of crackling/fizzing though, like maybe something is too hot.  Nobody else mentioned it, so maybe it's a soundclick glitch at the moment.

    Thanks for the listens.

It's going to get reworked (a buddy of mine is going to contribute some parts) and remixed, so I'll keep and ear out for the crackles.

Loved this. And how did you fit all those words in so quickly?! You must have been exhausted after recording the vocals .

Great job and as good as the original. Excellent mix sounded great on my KRKs.

It was kind of a **** to sing.  So many syllables to fit in, some being 5:1 tuplets and such.  You can hear timing errors because of the vocal doubling, but listen to the original song, he has the same problem. ;O)

Yep, hearing the crackling here too, but great job on this cover.  Love your vocals!  :)
