Until our startup company really gets moving (we get our first big deposit that we can actually spend soon - hopefully next month), I've been staying at my business partner's house.  His 15 year-old Jack Russell passed away in April - he was such a good dog and probably the only thing that kept us sane for the first two years of this endeavor.  I'm not one of those people that get pets on a whim (I'm one who knows it's a long-term commitment so I want to be prepared).  So, until I know I can feed ME regularly, any pet will have to wait.  Actually, this time around, I might get a couple of (gasp!) cats depending on where I move and whether there's easy access to the outdoors (plus enough space - people that try to keep large dogs in tiny apartments should be beaten IMO).

Here's the obituary I put together for our little friend that was on our website for a while:

    That's a great shot!
He looks like he's hunting for marine squirrels.
You should get him proper gear like this:

Or stop being so cheap and buy him a proper drink:

but seriously, here's our baby Blue (she's a Poogle (Poodle-Beagle)):

I have not had a dog in over 20 years now.

Our neighbor's dog is constantly yapping so I have no desire to take a pic of it.

Maybe Philz and Mooch will show pics of my virtual dog friends (Jenna and Dora).

Brutis & Bella. Both just over 1 year old.  Its taken me a life time to find two friends that wouldnt make my face swell shut and windpipes close up and they found me when I needed them most.  Cant imagine them not being here.  Part of the family

From left to right ... Windy, Rizzy, and Maggie. Rizzy passed away in January, she was 13 iirc. Seven months later and it still feels weird without her here.

We got Rizzy at the local rescue league but Windy and Maggie came from Oklahoma. Someone dumped them, along with 4 other pups, in the woods next to the hotel my wife was staying at for work. They were only a few weeks old. The other 4 were dead when she found them. Mag and Wind don't know how lucky they are. :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you The Bus...

Of course...he really doesn't look this dignified...he's about half crazy, like my ownself.  We've also got our black wolfdog Murphy who, at 16 years old, is makin it on simply wit and grit.  They are sweethearts and I love them dearly.  I'll try and find a photo of The Murph as well.

Snowy hears something and wants to kill it! 10lbs of fearless terrier! Will attack 40lb Pitt bulls and win!! Yoropal My first dawg was called Murf! But it was a brainless spaniel. This is my favorite Dawg picture, 10 lb snowy neck and neck with 80lb Atlin, Possible the smallest dog against the biggest. Atlin is a Giant Alaskan Malamute, my son in law has a 3 dawg sled team. When you sit in a chair, Atlin looks you in the eye. Good thing he's passive.

Glad to hear Go Go did not get a case of digital distress from eating his copy of X1.

Did he gain super human strength of just a case of ultra high end hearing (i.e. GLOSS)?
