Taxi is not a music promotion site. It is a (glorified) internet members only tip service. They get listings from producers, members can submit to the listing ($5 per song submission fee), they have a group of music industry folks who pre-screen the songs and either return them to you or forward them to the end user.
Any and all deals as a result are totally between you and the end user. Taxi does not take a cut.
Getting past the TAXI screeners is not an easy job. They have a very high bar for quality and being on target to the listing requirements. Close is no cigar. Some pretty impressive listings come across the wire from time to time and a number of people have gotten some really nice deals.
Like anything.... investigate and see for yourself before you commit & spend money. You can join the forum and browse the web site for free. You can do everything a member can do except submit music to the listings.
I am vaguely familiar with the other two you mentioned. I recall that TAXI used to require/use BroadJam as their music hosting service. A few years ago they dropped that and now do their own hosting and that hosting service is included in the yearly membership cost.
