Track sheet software
Do you use one? I found a few (anytrac, track notes) but they don't seem to have been updated for several years. There's also Studio Suite but it needs file maker, is too expensive and I don't need all that "admin stuff". I more interested in keeping notes of mic positions, preamp settings, plugs used etc. I really don't need more paper lying around /Bo

If you're using X1 then each track has its own notes section for just that sort of info.

I put Wordpad in the Sonar tools menu for quick access when I want to make notes on a project.

Well, I am looking for something more than just notes keeping so I guess I have to keep on searching elsewhere for more info. Thanks anyway.

timidi Chappel I put Wordpad in the Sonar tools menu for quick access when I want to make notes on a project. How? Can you key bind it? I used the registry edit I found in the forum to put programs like Adobe Audition in the tools menu. I used the same process to add Wordpad. I image you could add a shortcut key to the registry edit but I didn't do that. The older I get the more I depend on my menus. Then I don't have to remember what the shortcut is.
