Error message in download section

Hi,

here's what I get when I click on the download link of x1:
Sorry, but this download key does not appear to be valid for you.

Is there a way to get this refreshed? I downloaded everything 2 weeks ago but didn't backup it before my whole system crashed...

    Hi all,
    is there a way to get Sonar X1 downloads from a different place? It looks like my account is messed up between EUR and US, and I need to install X1 for a session. Left an email to support, but didn't get an answer yet.
