    Try his webpage. There may be a contact (usually a manager or management company). You would then have to contact them and see if they are interested.

    Management, or get hold of his record company, or one of his producers (o their management) - whoever they may be. Normally it's not as hard as people think - just be persistent but polite. You will most likely not get to communicate to him directly though, unless he really digs the tune.
