Mooch's Daily Marathon Training July 21, 2011

tries to go in the morning - too much humidity for asthma - walked a mile >> http://connect.garmin.com/activity/100841529

tired to run at night - same issue - walked it - 3 miles http://connect.garmin.com/activity/100841526

stupid 100 degree heat 

hopefully it cools down for 12 miles on Saturday our long runs

    I'm glad you didn't mess with the heat, Mooch.  It will mess with you.  I'm hoping the weather cools off soon--for you and everyone else.

    Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?
