To route metronome to Mixer channel. How you do this?

Hi everyone.

I'm using SONAR 8, Presonus StudioLive 16-4-2 and an Analog Mixer (Allen & Heath GL2800)- Until now still learning to use all this especially the Studiolive functions.

Ok. As I mentioned above how do you guys assign the metronome from Sonar thru the Studiolive into one of the channels on the Analog mixer, so that I get the choice to send the metronome to headphones, control room etc. (I know we do'nt really need the mixer, the Studiolive is anough for the job, but it's the company's Studio, they want it that way)

I hooked all the Mics, the instruments...Monitor Speakers to the mixer, not thru the Studiolive Master Outs, as I understand better way for monitoring, latency etc.

Any suggestions anyone. Thanks.

Create a metronome bus in SONAR with its output set to a physical output on the StudioLive other than Main Outs, and assign the audio metronome to that bus (Preferences > Project > Metronome > Output). Or you can assign the metronome output directly to the StudioLive output if you don't need a bus in SONAR to control it.

Thank You Brundlefly. At last I got an answer. Musicians are all soft and kind hearted! I'll be in the studio tomorrow to try your suggestion.

    All the best.
