Cakewalk Sonar X1 - Trial version issue???

I have downloaded the trial version and have 2 question...1) does the trial version not have the metrenome feature as when I try to activate it there are no options foe cowbell or sound to associate the metronome to and 2)this version seems to not allow me to go to other music file whern in use. It seems to be taking over my soundcard and not allowing me to play other musice/vidios. There must be a disable icon somewhere...

    Looks like the trial may well have a metronome problem.

    SONAR Platinum x64, 2x MOTU 2408/PCIe-424  (24-bit, 48kHz)

    Please go to your Windows Start Menu and click "Run". Or press WindowsKey+R. At the prompt, type or paste the following:

    %APPDATA%/CAKEWALK
    This is where you will find the metronome sounds.  copy them  and paste into c/sonarx1trial/metronome.

    Interesting. Did that solution come direct from Cakewalk Tech Support?

    That puts me in a directory tree. there is a 'metronome' directory, but it is empty. What exactly should I be looking for?
