sonar 8.3 audio metronome suddenly not working

The audio metronome has stopped working in one song I'm recording.  When I open other songs it plays fine.  This song even uses the same template as the others to start with.  I can't for the life of me find any setting that I may have somehow changed.  Any ideas.  The midi metronome is not an option with the motu device and other settings I'm using.   I've got one bar count in set, metronome during recording and use audio metronome set but no clicks....As I said works fine in all other songs.  Any ideas?

    Have you checked to see where the metronome's output is routed?  I don't know how it happens, but sometimes I've had a project where audio for the metronome is being sent to the wrong bus or sound card outputs.

    I'll try that.  Where do I check where it's being routed?

    I solved the problem.  I'm a moron!   That was the problem all along.  I had the volume on the metronome in the mixer view turned right down.

    so, in my project, current, that I want as a starting point, theres NO METRONOME, ..but if I mek a NEW project, its there, tickking, but you see, I have a deadline, customer waiting, and theres tons of plugins, and adjustments, I CANNO start from scratch ......... this kind of BUGS, you dont hear about in PRO DAWs !! this is not the filrst time I get delayed by SONAR Platiun, that I pued hundreds of dollars for all tohether, its not for pros, I regret that I went with this DAW !
