view, when I open a project


This may seem trivial but:
Every time I open a project, the busses and synth rack are expanded about 1/4 of the screen (in the dock), which I then have to minimize.  Anyone know if there is a way to not have this happen, so that all that I see is the track view and tracks the way I left it when I saved?

ASUS P8P67, i7-2600K, CORSAIR 16GB, HIS 5450, 3 Samsung SSD 850, Win7 64, RME AIO.

    so it changes from when you saved the project last?  it shouldn't do that.

    In Views>Layouts is the box titled "When Opening a File, Load its Layout" checked?

    In Views>Layouts is the box titled "When Opening a File, Load its Layout" checked? 



    It's checked.


    I found a workaround by unchecking the 'allow tabbed views' (?)
    Which is probably the way I like it anyway. I've just found the program to be finnicky when unchecking this.


    This is what I'm talking about (with allow tabbed view checked)
