I wonder what Karyn would sound like issuing a directive through a 360kW rig... Man, that would put even the latest version of NagBap to shame. That's not 'sound re-inforcement' that's sonic warfare!

I'm thinking that 40' by 20' screen might be just about right for a cozy home theater setup. At 80KW power consumption, though, I might need to install a new service transformer. The most impressive factoid in the piece: it only takes them 60-90 minutes to break down. For most bands, it takes that long just to pull the drummer away from chatting up the barmaid.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

I never even heard of a 20,000 watt amp - for audio. That blew me away. 360 Kw for audio.

I saw them play at the United Center in Chicago a few years ago and I was impressed by the quality of the mix. It was loud, but not oppressive There were no piercing highs making people bleed from their ears courtesy of a burned out engineer with severe hearing loss. There was a great deal of artistry in the sound engineering, not just killer equipment. (Although, killer equipment does help. Especially if you're a killer. But, that's off-topic, I guess.)
