Do any of you know of a unit that I can use to achieve isolation?

I'm wondering if there is a piece of gear that does what this thing does, except for a STUDIO environment.  I have a Tascam US 1641 interface with a Behringer AMP 800 headphone amp, but I can never seem to get appropriate volume levels in the cans of the players over the drums.  Anybody know of any equipment that can do what this thing does with the appropriate outputs?

I see the problem with the Behringer is it's just a 2 channel input system. What you need to duplicate what the Jam Hub does is a desk with lot's of aux sends or better yet a Matrix mixer. Example, I have 4 Aux sends so I can have 4 custom headphone mixes. For the headphone amps I just use old integrated Stereo amps ( Pioneer, Sansui, Kenwood)  Get them at a Pawn shop/garage sales cheap. They will blow away those cheap plastic toy's they sell at the lower price points.
There is a newer system used now that is CAT5 powered and each musician gets a sub mixer, Roland makes one. That would be my next move when I'm rich and famous.
