Where to find beginners guide for X1

Whilst there's a whole stack of videos and guides and books out there........can anyone recommend a good intro guide into X1? Don't really mind what format it's in.
Cheers, Ian

Click on the "Online Videos and More" on the quick start menu when Sonar first opens up (or if you turned it off from the help menu).
