Can't ungroup volume faders

Hey everyone,
I've looked on the forum and I haven't found a topic that's exactly the same as mine.  I'm fairly new to Cakewalk Sonar X1.  The last time I used any software was back during the Pro Audio 9 days.

I've made up six channels of softsynth using SessionDrummer x64: bass drums, snare, toms, ride, cymbals, and hi hat.  I have them all routed to a drum bus.  I have them all (except for the drum bus) assigned to a drums folder.

I can manipulate the bass drum fader independently.  But, whenever I try to alter the faders or effects on the other tracks, Sonar X1 applies the volume change or property to the other five drum tracks.  I have ctrl clicked to try and move them independently and it shows the orange box as if they are in a quick group.  I right clicked each track and tried both clear group and ungroup, but the sliders are all still absolutely grouped.  Any ideas?

Thanks.

I usually have the opposite problem, remembering how to group them in X1...
Have you got the tracks selected?  Try clicking elsewhere in the track view to unselect all the tracks and see if that does the trick.

    Thanks, Skyline.

I've only got one track selected.  The track number under the fader is blue (I'm using the default color scheme).

The MIDI clips are also black in the selected channel like they are supposed to be.

Right clicking on the fader shows that remove from group and clear group are grayed out.

Totally deleting the tracks and setting them back up fixes the problem, but not if they are cloned.  I'd rather not do this as I would have to copy and paste each track and set it back up again by hand.

I'm also aware that SessionDrummer can be used to put an entire drum kit on one channel, but I prefer larger kits than SD allows and I like putting each piece on its own track to give me greater flexibility.

Let me know if you'd like a screenshot and I'll see what I can do.
