History of Atlantic Records on DVD
Wow, it's all stuff I've read before... but having it laid out step by step with supporting video, interviews and music makes it all seem like we got lucky to have a chance to buy the records. I feel lucky. Would have been nice if bapu was here.

Is that the same as the Amhet Ertegan DVD? That had a lot of history, too. There's on for Tom Dowd, as well. It's very informative, too.

Yes, the subtitle was "the house that Amhet built" or something like that.

mike_mccue Yes, the subtitle was "the house that Amhet built" or something like that. I saw it on cable, it is a good program. Have you seen the Tom Dowd DVD? http://www.thelanguageofmusic.com/ It's very good, too.
