I can't mixdown/render tracks to a stereo wav. file in Sonar 8.5 anymore

The Sonar measure line indicator just started getting jittery in record or playback mode and I can't render down a mix in (export audio.) The tracks play but the (render % indicator)  stays at 0%.
Anyone run accros this one?

    Check the Task Manager in Windows to see what else is running. What do you mean the tracks play, but the render indicator stays at 10%? The tracks aren't supposed to play when you're exporting them to a WAV file.

    I'll check the tack manager to see if anything else is running.
    It is acting as if it's overloaded but the processors are runnng way in the green

    The the measure line moves at realtime playback speed durring the rendering in(export audio) unless you choose (fast bounce) .
    You can also choose (play audio) to listen while it renders. During this process it shows a percentage number of what % is complete. The playback thermomiter moves at normal realtime speed but the % indicator moves way behind the playback and noesn't complete.
    It worked perfectly until a couple days ago.

    Here is a screencap of my Audio Export Options window I get when I go to export a project. How do your options differ from the ones I have enabled? better yet, if you could post a screencap like the one I have below, that would be great.

    Did you try turning off 64bit processing and/or Fast Bounce?  Some plugs,synths, or other things are not compatible with either or both.

    My screen looks the same as yours for mixdown. I've shut off all plugins and softsynths. Evrything worked fine last week with the same plugins, soft synths and settings. I turned off fast bounce and 64 bit processing, reloaded Sonar .....no luck. Must be a glitch somewhere in the system.
    I guess I'm going to have to reformat the drive & reload everything.
