So we wait for X1c
Why don't things just work...I mean the life of a musician is short and fame only knocks at the door once...whilst your grinding the coffee bean...can you really feel that when the coffee is purrculated are you sure you can sit back and then say that you have had a refined cup of decent coffee. Or will you be left wondering what could have been if you had gone over to a better platform like Logic, Ableton Live, Studio One presonus or Pro tools... Have you put too much faith into X1 As the most complex music I have ever heard always comes from Cubase! but...wat du i kno!

Once, I thought that fame had knocked on my door. Unfortunately, it was a little blond, pig-tailed kid selling Girl Scout cookies. Not feeling hungry for cookies, I said, "No thanks", and closed the door. Through the window, I saw her scowl, mutter something I couldn't hear, and point at me. The next thing I knew, lightening flashed all around my house, the ground shook, and the Girl Scout morphed into a 20' tall Dick Clark. "Because you have turned your back on me", he thundered. "Fame has forever turned its back on you! From this day forth, you are doomed to wander this planet in obscurity and anonymity! Oh, and it's not the tools one uses that determine the quality of one's work! A good song is still a good song, no matter what DAW is used to record it! Finally, you should have purchased a box of Thin Mints! Now, Despair!" The sky cleared and she was nowhere to be seen. I picked myself up and thought about what she said. That's when it hit me. I was hungry for cookies after all.

X1b works for me. X1c will only be better or the same, I'll assume. I have faith in me. I care not about post count fame.

Time for all of you to head over to Beyond My DAW!

If Thin Mints were all it took, I'd be a 20-foot tall Dick Clark!

(I'm only a hobbyist) so which of those better platforms should I buy to get me some of that "fame"? (just in case it's not the girls scout cookie girl knocking.....I bought a few boxes (learnt from Bubba's ordeal)

I tried buying them the next time, but it was too late. Fame's fickle finger of foppish foolery would fling flamboyant fatuity my way no more. Fabulous.

Bubba, an interesting thread you should start is replacing the letter F with P and visa-versa (topic your choice). I bet it will be PWF!!!
