How to get effects bins to show by default. ?

How to get effects bins to show by default. ?

Every time i open a new project, I have to select "All" at the top of the track view in order to see the effects bins and such. This is getting kind of tiresome.
 
Isn't there some way in preferences to have "All" selected automatically? If not, this would be a great update.

    Change it to 'all' and overwrite/save it as your 'normal' template.
