Some help with some PRV Questions please

Ive just started using PRV IN X1

Could some one point me in the right direction to the quantize option in the prv window ans all so the velocity control ?

I used to be able select a section and then right click for velocity but not any more there also used to be a tab at the top for that and quantize but i cant find it ....
