Lots of ways to go here but here is one you can try.
Make 3 copies of the acoustic track. Low pass one down to 200Hz. Keep that in the middle along with the vocal.
High pass the other two around 300 to 400 and push them left and right. For some interesting sonics nudge the right side by 10ms.
If you need more ambiance then set up a couple of delays each one bouncing the opposite side of each Left and Right acoustic sound.
Depending on how things were tracked will determine how things need to be compressed. Can't recommend anything without hearing the track.
If you re-track the acoustic with two pencil mics 3:1, then there is another whole approach you can take but you stated you recorded with one single mic.
