Upgraded to X1 - Soft Synth question - SYNTHOGY IVORY

Hi all - wonder if anyone can point me to a solution.  I've upgraded to X1, from Sonar 8.5 and HS.  I can't see my Synthogy IVORY instruments any longer. I went to VST settings and verified the vst directory is there, rescanned plugins, etc and still doesn't show?

could this have to do with the fact I'm running X1 in 64-bit mode?  My Synthogy product are the Grand Pianos and Italian Piano, but not the recent versions, they are versions 1.5.  All my other sound libraries seem to show and work either as soft synth plugins or VSTs.  Wonder if anyone has the same product setups and can clue me in?  Many thanks.

If you're still using two part authentication (not an Ilok), you may have flipped the machine ID when you went to 64 bit. Contact
Synthogy support from here: http://www.synthogy.com/support.html and they can help you with a new challenge/response. If
your other VSTi are working, your issue probably is not with SONAR.

thank you, I'll give that a try... I am using an ILok, my versions are 1.7x of Grand Pianos and Italian Grand.

I appreciate the link to support!

You should probably check the Synthogy library tools - Start - all programs - Synthogy Ivory - Ivory library tools - and make sure you're pointing to the correct library directory.
