Crash on save - Sonar X1b 255

I started a new project using Theodor Krueger free Yamaha Pacifica sample library (which I was trying) for Kontakt 3 and above. Loaded in the demo midi file for four instruments and drums.
 
A. I set up Kontakt multi with Kontakt drums, Kontakt bass guitar, Kontakt rhythm guitar and two lead Krueger guitars (Yamaha Pacifica samples) total size 0.86Gb. I connected the midi side to the Kontakt multi and everthing played. I saved this set up.
 
B. I then added Guitar Rig 4 to the bass guitar effects, played it and saved project.
 
C. I added 2 more Guitar Rig 4's to the two lead guitars effects, played with the effects and then decided to save the project. This is when Sonar X1 crashed.
 
Loading in project from step B and implementing step C produces the crash.
 
Have sent off problem report with mini dump and project file.
