Effects Wiring

Hello Forums,

I'm using Kontakt and have all my instruments set up with individual effects. However, I want to wire all of my instruments into 1 Convolution Reverb and 1 Reverb so that they sound like they are coming from the same space, rather than individually do them through Kontakt. Can someone tell me how I can achieve this in SNX1? I have the web trial (The full version of Studio is on the way)

Thanks!

You create a buss for each reverb (so, 2 busses).  Then you insert a SEND(s) into the audio tracks that you want to go to the reverbs. So, you can have both SEND1 and SEND2 in one audio track, each "wired" to each of your reverbs.

The reverbs should be sent to go to master and DO NOT RETURN to the Instrument Track.  Set the busses to be 100% wet in reverbs and then use the sends to determine the volume of each track in the reverb busses.

That's all working out great. But one more question; I've sent the stuff, but I wanna go back and edit the busses... I can't seem to be able to find a "BUS VIEW" anywhere. Where can I find this?

    Thanks!

You can either use CONSOLE VIEW and you get a new window that looks like a mixing desk and it can show you your tracks, the busses (or both) or your physical outs in the view options or....

You can lift them free on the bottom of track view.. hover the mouse over what looks like the bottom of the window, right click and drag the buss tracks into view.
