Orange Tree Jaco bass - Crashes Kontakt 4.2.3?

Orange Tree's Jaco bass crashes Kontakt 4.2.3 after a resave. The workaround is reinstall and keep it in the old format and accept the the longer load times.  Has any one else experienced this?

The crashes happen as soon as you load the instrument. It makes no difference if Kontakt is stand alone or being used as a VSTi in Sonar 8.5.3

Intel i7 3770K @4.4GHz, 32GB RAM, 240GB SSD System disk, 2 x 2TB and 1 x 1TB (with SSD Cache) HDD. Windows 10,  Sonar Platinum. Roland Quad Capture.

    Hi Glyn,

I tried resaving Iconic Bass Jaco in Kontakt 4.2.3, and it's running fine as well--no crashes. Can I try emailing you the resaved patch to see if it works on your machine?

    Kind regards,

    Greg

Here is some more trouble shooting.

I have just tried it again, this time I save as a new NKI rather than overwriting the original. Directly after saving I tried to use the old patch it crashed Kontakt. I restarted Kontakt, tried the new patch, as soon as I played a note Kontakt crashed.

I restarted Kontakt again, loaded the original patch and it worked correctly.

    Hi Glyn,

Thanks--I just sent you an email about this. I've actually run into similar problems with other libraries--I think it has to do with forwards compatibility as well as specific machines. I'll keep an eye out in the submitted bug reports in the NI beta testing bugtracker.
