I'm not even gonna go there ...

I can't, for health reasons.

I'm not gonna say a word about the email I just got.

My question is, do I smell? I seem to be attracting bugs, especially in software.

You just did.  Might as well spill the beans now.  Trust me it will help.

I don't want to say specifically because the person who wrote me back was extremely nice and had nothing but the sincerest and most honest of intentions, and even thanked me for taking the time to create a video, send in the .cwp file in question, and .dmp other supporting documentation.

All I will say is, if things don't line up for you as expected and you want a quick way to tighten things up, find a new way of doing it. The old way apparently doesn't always work anymore. Which is no big deal if you know about it, because there is more than one way to do it.

I'm afraid I can't comment on your perdicament, Bub, due to the fact that I lost my sense of smell many years ago.  I'm fine, by the way.  There was no accident or mishap of any kind.  My brain initiated a defensive strike in the interests of self-preservation.

Since then, my nose and my brain have held a number of negotiations.  While the brain is willing to consider allowing for a sense of smell in cases of determining imminent threats (gas leaks, eggs, or a certain somebody's overly dense Aqua Velva), the center of my nervous system is not prepared to open itself to just anything.  The nose, obviously, would like to truck in all sorts of fragrences, vapors, and gaseous bodies without regard to the possible repercussions.  (That's when the drummer records a secondary track.)  We were at an impass.

The winning argument was actually offered by the left moob.  "Allow the nose to bring in the sensations, but give the brain veto power over continued exposure to certain elements within the immediate vicinity.  Brain, get over yourself and let the nose go poking around.  Nose, just because you can, doesn't mean you should."

While resolving the "Smell vs. Brain" issue, some concerns arose that the moobs, largely ignored for decades at a time, had grown to the point where they were becoming self aware.  The moobs, of course, denied this allegation.  They also denied that they are attempting to establish the whereabouts of Sarah Connor.

I know Bub, you filed a problem report about how John T's mind is rewired and how much more logical it would be in 32 separate bits.

Unfortunately, instead of taking you seriously, they said you smell.

    Not good.

I blame X1 and the forum software.
