The sustain pedal function is reversed (up is sustain)

Is there a setting in the A-800 pro to invert this ?
Any help is most appreciated .

    Well it seems  I`ll have to wait for an answer from customer support .  Sent them an e-mail .
    I`ve used this  sustain pedal with all midi keyboard  controllers I`ve had . There must be a setting I can invert this via the editor hopefully :-)

    I believe some keyboards will reverse their behavior (to accommodate pedals with either normally open and normally closed switches) if you just hold the pedal down while turning on the keyboard.

    I`ve tried that  but it did not work . I`ve been searching the internet for this particular problem in the weekend  and could not find a solution that relates to the A-800 PRO .

    Hi Jan,

    Did you find a solution?   I just got the A-800Pro and have the same problem:  the sustain pedal I have used for years is reversed when used with the A-800.
