Hard Rockin Electronica sound - "UnderPressure"
I'm hoping that COREL uses this song in a VideoStudio Pro x4 sample video their making of graffiti artists in canada, my goal was a hard rockin' electronica song...It's not done but the feel is definately there, please listen and comment if you wish! http://www.trustmedia.tv/UnderPressure.mp3

I like this very much. Some great textures you got going on. I love the synth groove. And the sweeps on the synth are cool - how did you do the sweeps? I like the drum set, maybe the snare and kick could be a little louder? Very cool stuff!

Well I thickened out the drums a little and added some percussion and made slight arrangement changes, the drums were a little weak...THANKS!

just too low frequencies ... but not exaggerate , I would have alleviated a just little.
the sound is not bad , but sometime be muddy.
good like a soundtrack for a Starwar movie

No distortion here, but it is really loud! Lots of buildup in the mids when everything kicks in, I like the distant sounding drum kit but might bring kick/snare in a little closer to give it more definition and it's own space, it gets a little washed out when everything is going. I love that Arabian Nights patch, one of my faves. Cool tune.

Really cool tune, like the nice sequence sound that plays in the background almost throughout. Kind of reminds of the synth part from the 80's classic 'The chase'

I like the music but the drums need work , sounds like you created it off of a keyboard .
The production and sounds has a driving sound to it , I would give your drum track some extra attention if you want it to sound 100% great .

Terrific energy tune. Well done, Shawn.
I lose the kick drum from time to time, might wanna do an aux send of that diretly to the Master to make sure it gets the prominence it deserves.
Listening in on the cans, there is a mids buildup that needs some tamping down.
I would get rid of that "real" sounding B3 kit and go with something a bit more electronica-genre specific.
