Analog Labratory Patch-beware

Just intalled Arturia Analog Labratory update 1.3.1 from 1.2 something. Anyway, it crashes and burns before it can install in both Sonar 8.3 and X1. It worked marginally OK before the patch.
The reason I was excited to install the version update is because it is a very immature program and needed attention from the programers-(not the sounds mind you- the features) the Labratory in theory is a good idea but it just covers enough to show what it could be if they would mature up the features. The sounds on this thing is great (I own both the "Factory" and the "Labratory" and yes I paid full price for them both, thats how much I love the sounds. Anyway...I jumped on the patch thinking this would bring everything up to speed and fulfil its promise of being an analog "factory_ (read workstation) only to find it makes the whole synth un-useable. It went from bad to worse and I was hoping for bad to better.
Anyone have a similiar experience? I filled out a service ticket with Arturia and If I find out anything I'll let you know.
Thanks, Pastorbelvedere

Are all the specs right? On the computer and OS? Something obviously is causing the crash.

Second thoughts.... no matter how good a synth's sounds, if it crashes all the time or works marginally well, I'd look at using something that is stable. With so many good, stable synths, I think you should be able to find something that sounds good.

Thanks guitarhacker, I have a slew of synths, and the rest work fine, and Arturia did as well till I installed the patch? The Arturia analog factory/labratory sound set really rings my bell. there might be something that does as good or better, but I own these and they satisfy. No need to look for something as good, just need these to work. Like i said I'm waiting for a reply from Arturia and maybe they can clear things up. (maybe it's just my setup that doesn't like the 1.3.1 version)
