Track recording everything

I've recently purchaced Sonar X1 Essentials and i've got a problem.
When i arm a track and start recording, everything i hear is being recorded, metronome, other tracks and my playing.
I've been searching a solution through the Net and found that "What U hear/Stereo Mix"-tick qould solve the problem, but i don't have that in my Sound Panel.

My OS is Windows XP Professional, With SP3 and all up to date drivers.
My soundcard is Terrasoniq TS22PCI which is connected to a mixer where all my instruments go.

The recording worked properly at first, but without MIDI output. When i fixed MIDI, that recording problem came out.

Any suggestions, oh Mighty Ones?

Sorry, i forgot to add those.

I'm using headphones and all signals i've recorded goes through audio cables all the time, not through air at any time. Microphone levels are set to zero.
I reinstalled sound card drivers and double checked Sonar's settings, but no effect. I don't think it's a hardware problem.

Is your onboard soundchip selected in SONAR as well as the Terrasonic? If it is, unselect it. What drivers are you using? I see Terrasoniq does not support ASIO.

See if there's "Stereo mix" in the settings for the onboard chip, in case the chip is selected.
Other drivers than ASIO allow several soundcards operating at the same time.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

Only TS22PCI is selected. I muted onboard sounchip's StereoMix and then disabled it.
I'm using drivers on TS22PCI that i downloaded from the manufacturer's site.
From TS22PCI's control panel i can change the ASIO buffer size, and ASIO-drivers are the only one that works. I tried MME and WKM-drivers but Sonar didn't work with them at all.

When i first installed Sonar X1 Essential, Audio tracks recorded perfectly. Metronome stayed in it's own track, but MIDI didn't work at all. After i routed all MIDI to my Yamaha keyboard via USB, then audio recording started to go wrong.
I've searched all logical solutions i can think of, but nothing seem to work. I reinstalled drivers, Sonar and Windows without any effect.

    I found the problem.
The TS22PCI's input goes to mixer's Main output and soundcard's output went to a one of mixer's inputs, which made a loop between soundcard and mixer.
So i changed things so soundcard's output goes to CTRL RM slot, since it's the only way to record without recording every single sound that sound card produces.
But my monitor speakers work only when soundcard's output goes to a mixer's input, so i can't have both headphones and speakers working. My mixer is Phonic's MU1002 if anyone has and idea to make it work.

Oh well, can't always have things entirely my way. Thank you for the help though, guys.
