[SOLVED] X1c - Snap Settings in Piano Roll - How to change

In Sonar X1c, how do you change the snap settings in the Piano Roll?

For me, Piano Roll snap keeps following the snap settings in the Track Roll, despite the fact that we're supposed to be able to override it.  How do we override it?

top right corner of the piano roll view there should be a little grid box. Click to expand and you will see where you can set the prv snap setting.

    Wow, thanks!

How in the world did you figure that out?  I never even noticed that little grid before.  I don't get any tooltips when I hover over it, so it was easy to ignore.

I looked for "snap" in the online help index, but it doesn't mention the piano roll.

I eventually found the part in the help doc which discusses piano roll snap; it's called "Piano roll view snap resolution".

I hope that helps people!  (assuming there are any others who missed the little grid icon in the upper right)

Not a problem. Someone mentioned it in another thread so I knew what to look for already. Actually the first thing that struck me was "where are the tooltips?" It'd be nice if they added those for completeness. Owell.. I'm glad they implemented this. Much smoother workflow.
