Problems with Sonar Studio X1c

First off I have to say that I really like Sonar X1 Studio, however I am not sure about X1c since I installed it I have crashed almost every time I use it. I just crashed trying to delete a drum map from the drum map manager. Other times I have crashed when I added a PTN Pattern Fill to my project played it back then decided it was what I wanted so i saved my project then it crashed. I was able to do this twice with the same result.

Other issue: I use Step Sequencer allot and before X1c (which was X1b) I was able to double-click on the pattern to open it in SS. Now when I DC it opens SS but it doesn't open the pattern. I have to double-click again. I doubt this was intended cause it is a pain.

How about some specs, error messages and stuff? Just your basic complaints aren't enough to diagnose a problem.

I will have to try to crash it again. If I can then I will add the dump from the crash message and what I was doing to make it crash.

As for the Step Sequencer issue, the help say that you can and I quote... "
Note 1: You can also open an existing pattern in the Step Sequencer by double-clicking an existing Step Sequencer clip." This does not work it only opens the SS not the clip.  I can reproduce this everytime. I tried a new project and an existing project same result.  It did work up until X1b.

Just as an fyi, double-clicking a step sequencer clip is working okay for me. Double-click bottom half of clip opens clip in step sequencer, double-click top half of clip opens in piano roll.

Based on your description, your computer is crap. I don't have any of those problems and I know my computer is good.
