any way to customize toolbar in Sonar Studio?

Just bought V-Studio 100 and playing with Sonar Studio version.
I'd like to add to its toolbar e.g. Metronom/Count-In settings etc
but doesn't look like this is possible, is it?
thanks

    Hi, kc2ine...

No, UNFORTUNATELY, it's not possible any longer to customize toolbars in SONAR, since its X1 version....

It WAS once possible, up to v8.5.... but not any more....

Now you can only choose (and switch - if your screen is not giant...) among "static" Control bar modules...

It's one of the main thing a lot of us (old users...) are complaining about.....

So LET'S hope and ask Cakewalk to fix this huge loss soon....!!!!

hmm, I just installed Sonar LE which I got with juno-g and I can customize toolbar, add remove etc.
I guess Sonar VS are way much limited then Sonar LE. Gonna stick with LE then, but are you saying you cannot do that in Sonar X1???

....no, you cannot in X1, in which you don't even get real "toolbars", indeed.... but just a "Control Bar", with modules you can continuosly (annoyingly...) only switch among, but not add and/or remove buttons within.....

It is possible that the version of SONAR LE you are using is previous, based on SONAR 8 or 8.5, when ANY feature, even toolbars customization, was more conveniently accessible...

In the true hope that cakewalk soon provides back what we akready once had, enjoy....

Hmm... the metronome and it's settings are in the control bar by default. And you can show or hide the module with them in.

...yet, unfortunately, you just can't customize Control Bar's modules themselves...

...and, what's more, depending on the screen size, you are forced to hide some modules indeed, meaning you can't even have constant access to all of them at once,  having to continuously switch among needed ones, instead...

...IMO, that's the very worst of the "new" workflow system introduced with X1... to be changed as soon as they can.............

I have already switched from V Studio to Sonar 8.5 LE and I'm happy.
That's a little weird they removed toolbar customization, I'd only think they assume
most pro work with big dual or even more monitors so you can have all separated, right?

...and how about the poor, loyal, (VERY MUCH) rest of the users........?

...once again, it would be the worst assumption they could make......!!!

...toolbars/control bar modules customization MUST be given BACK.... no way out of that...!!!

    ...see ya.....
