Missing Help

When I open Help in X1, the main field is blank. That is, the selections on the left hand side appear, under all four tabs, but the large field where the information is usually found is blank. I know that Help worked normally when I first installed X1. I've reinstalled, but it didn't help. Has anyone else seen this?
