MIDI prg changes for soft synths

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious here. I'm setting up some banks for Kontakt and I want to use MIDI program (patch in SONAR) changes. SONAR is defaulting to 1-128, but Kontakt uses 0-127 - so everything is out by one. This is not a big deal, but foir hardware, you can set up instrument definitions - with the correct numbering systems for your physical MIDI inputs and for your hardware synths.

How can you set up an instrument for ie Kontakt? I'd need some kind of "device" to set up in th eMIDI devices, so I could do an instrument definition for it. Is there a way to do this? Am I missing something obvious (always a very real possibility)

Thanks for any ideas.

- Asus P8z77-V mobo - using the integrated Intel graphic card (HD4000)
- MOTU Ultralite AVB audio interface
I usually use ASIO set at 64 or 128 samples
er - that's it I think...
