combining clips, and adding silence before the clips

I'm new to Sonar, and I need to give some audio files to a friend that's going to mix a song of mine.  I recorded it in sonar, but he doesn't use sonar.  When the audio files opened up in his software, they all lined up in separate tracks at the beginning of the session, but that's not how they were arranged in Sonar.  I tried exporting an .omf file, but I keep getting errors no matter what options I select, so I want to create a new file for each track in my song that starts at the beginning of the sonar session, so that when my friend loads all the audio files into his DAW, they all line up like the should.

I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this, and I'd really love some help.
