What happened to our weakly weekly apology???

I apologize for not having a clue as to the real power and purpose of the Coffee House. I'm sure it's big, I'm sure it's sinister, I'm sure it's more functional that X1, but that's about it.

Well, we don't use "real" power here in the Coffee House but we do have a box of unused clues if you'd like to take one.  We use a combination of Bapu power with a Mooch additive, compound taxation, and becan aggressively guarded by attack Beagles.  It's also a safe place to meet if you happen to be wanted on Grzylyrg or have an aversion to eliteists.  The purpose is pure silliness expressed through unfunniness, artificial intelligence and MightyLeeMoon word associations.  We also like to play with our avatars, the posting smilies, the reply subjects and make hidden messages, but that's only because we tend to not rely on actual content in our posts and have to do something.  Remember, your post count isn't important (bless your heart), but making a lot of posts is (it makes sense as long as you don't think about it).
 
As for being more functional than X1, well, that's not exactly accurate when you consider that our function IS to be dysfunctional (we've never needed an upgrade) .  Hmm... Now, if we do that well, then maybe we are more functional?  Damn...  Now you're getting me confused!
 
(Naturally the REAL purpose here is big and sinister, but you don't expect us to just come right out and admit it do you???)
 
P.S., It's ok to complain about how crappy the forum software is - it's the Coffee House equivalent to talking about the weather while waiting for your Double Vende Vanilla Mista Latte with 1 and 3/4 shots of Light Siberian Mint Espresso added to be bartista'ed at Starbucks.
