I want to manage my own data!

What is so special about the files in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR X1 Producer that SONAR insists on copying the files there from the directory *I* chose in Preferences?

And if the location is that special, why does SONAR let me choose a default folder location for 80% of them?
