Getting both tracks in sync

Hey im trying to remix a song

Track #1 is orig. 89.75 BPM - This is the original song with the hook
Track #2 is orig. 91.55 BPM - This is the instrumental that someone uploaded on a site, but it does not have the hook

What im trying to do is delete the lyrics off track #1 and just save the hook and then link track #2 up with it so it plays the hook where its supposed to go then goes back to playing the instrumental.

The problem is they are different tempos so ill match it up but itll go off beat. How do I change the tempo of either imported track?

Have you tried groove clip looping? (Provided your DAW has it) once you set something up as a groove clip in sonar you can edit that clip individually to make it follow tempo/key changes (among other things).  Does your DAW Support anything like this?

Also is it possible that the clip has a different sample rate?
