Nice tune, it has a good vibe to it and a lot of interesting elements.   Hope you weathered the storm okay.

Thanks! And yes, we made it through ok, but many others have lost power and had a lot of flooding, etc.

Like it man.  I'd prefer a little more ambience on the snare drum.  Love the arp arrangements.  Like the distorted synth and the drone at the end...really emphasizes "Tempest"...cool.

Thanks for the nice comments doncolga

Yeah that snare was a bit rough...the drums sounds included with Z3TA+ aren't that great, and I am not the best programmer. But I did tweek the drums sounds a bit and used EQ from Sonar on each part (hihat, snare, bass drum) and put a bit of a flanger (from Z3TA+ itself) on the hihat too.

One thing about that OSC on KVR, you can only use the one synth for every part (I used 17 instances of that synth, 3 of that for the drum part), and I am used to using Battery 3 for all my drums.

I wrote any arp stuff in the song note by note in Sonar, didn't use any arpeggiator functions to help out. I just like seeing the notes myself on the screen, just used to writing that way I guess.

Whoops, actually checking that once more there is one arp part that is a preset in Z3tA+, it jumps in at about 1:15.

Near the start, at 0:20, there is one preset that I used Sonar's envelopes to make the sound change a lot, almost a wah-wah effect.
