How do I register using windows 7?

I am trying to install Sonar 8.5 on a new windows 7 machine. In the "Complete Registration" dialog I must enter the serial number and registration code, but the registration code input box contains the message "Not running as Administrator". Windows says I am an administrator, so what do I do now???

    Try right-clicking the setup .exe file and selecting Run as Administrator.

    And, if you right click the Sonar icon and choose preferences, you can (in advanced option I think?) choose to always open as Administrator.

    This is crucial for a few things.
    I've just myself found out I had to run as Admin to drag/drop the midi grooves from EZ Drummer to Sonar.
    If I did not open as Admin, I got "file not existing" or something like that.
