Can't receive A-PRO500 settings

Hello, I'm having a bit of a problem here. I purchased the Cakewalk A-Pro500 a few days ago, and everything went smoothly so far, but when I change my settings on the keyboard itself and try to transmit them to A-Pro Editor, the loading bar just stays at 0% and never moves. However I can send from A-PRO Editor to the keyboard but not the other way around, which is what I want to do. Anybody know how to fix this?

    Hi,
    maybe you have not set the correct MIDI input device?
    In the editor goto "Options" --> "MIDI Devices" and set "Input Port" to A-PRO 2.
    Then it should work!
