track view remaining static whilst playing back (not following whats on screen)

dont know what ive hit or that, but whilst sonar is playing back, its not following on screen whats playing as in, if the play back line goes out of sight on screen it doesnt follow, will still be looking at bar 1 to what ever is at the edge, help lol
