IK Obi? Not feelin' the love... [SOLVED]

I downloaded SampleMoog as my 2nd free download from the group buy.  it was a tough choice to decide on the moog.
 
installed it, registered it, scanned it into X1, loaded it up...
 
no sound.
 
I try to load another patch.  I get 3 pop ups:  PART 1: INSTRUMENT NOT FOUND - I click OK (I have no other choice)
PART 2:  INSTRUMENT NOT FOUND (OK)
PART 3:  INSTRUMENT NOT FOUND (OK)
 
I look at the install path where it's looking for the instrument sounds:
 
C:\Program Files (x86)\IK Multimedia\SampleMoog\Instruments
 
there's only a 1k file there called ST2InstrCache.dat
 
I knew the download was too quick - this is the GUI only - where are the sounds to download?

    Did you check in your user area under Sounds Downloads?

    I'm not IK Obi, but did you try clicking on "Sounds Download" in your User Area?  Usually that's the location of the library downloads.

    In fact, I can see in my account that that was the location of my Samplemoog library link.  Log in and give it a shot?

    Plus sometimes when you get those tiny downloads...you need to clear your cache first.  And maybe even try a different download manager.

    yeah IK always have the core programme in a different section in your user area to the sounds...that's because the sounds d/l expires after a while and you have to rebuy them...so keep 'em safe!

    Don't feel too bad.  I went through exactly the same thing with SampleMoog about three weeks ago.  I think IK's download instructions could use a little improvement.  Yes, it's obvious when you see a link called Sound Downloads that that's where you should be looking.  But unless you know that link is there, the reasonable assumption is that the primary download page would have everything you need.
