Inserting loops problem???

Inserting loops problem???

I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong but when I double click on a loop in the media browser it shows up 20 million bars down the song instead of inserting at the now time as it says in the manual.... Any help would be appreciated....

Toshiba Satellite L855
I7-3630QM Processor
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Sonar X3 
Native Instruments Komplete 10
IK Multimedia SampleTank, SampleMoog etc... 
Propellerheads Reason, Record & Recycle

    Press P to open Preferences. Choose the File > Audio Data category. Then remove the checkmark next to the option called Always Import Broadcast Waves At Their Timestamp.
